Bloomington, Minnesota 1901 Killebrew Drive was acquired in November 2008. The 85,000 square foot hotel, currently operating as a Days Inn, is adjacent to the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. A complete redevelopment and renovation of the property is planned. The finished project will have approximately 210 rooms. It is estimated the hotel will be closed for 10 months during the construction process and will reopen in 2010.
