Bloomington, Minnesota

1901 Killebrew Drive was acquired in November 2008. The 85,000 square foot hotel, currently operating as a Days Inn, is adjacent to the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.  A complete redevelopment and renovation of the property is planned. The finished project will have approximately 210 rooms.  It is estimated the hotel will be closed for 10 months during the construction process and will reopen in 2010.

 

Cincinnati, Ohio

Enterprise Park is a three-building, 116,156 square foot flex portfolio in a well-located and easily accessible area of Cincinnati, Ohio. The portfolio was purchased in March 2008. WelshInvest saw this acquisition as an opportunity to purchase a stable, well leased, well located group of flex industrial buildings at a conservative cap rate.

 

 Shoreview, Minnesota

This 71,338 square foot manufacturing/distribution building is in a well located, easily accessible, St. Paul suburb. The building has a single tenant whose lease is not set to expire until 2023. The acquisition was completed in March of 2008.

 

Mosinee, Wisconsin

This single tenant building was acquired in December 2007. The 106,000 square feet are comprised of 94,000 square feet of manufacturing/distribution space in addition to two floors of office space totaling 12,000 square feet. The lease of the sole tenant is not set to expire until 2027.
