This 1,054,000 square foot industrial property is located in Gary, Indiana.  The center is adjacent to the largest US Steel Facility in the country and is primarily occupied by tenants whose use is ancillary to the production of steel. This property was purchased in an off-market transaction for $19,100,000.

Valley View Business Center is an office/showroom complex located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.  It is in a prime suburban Minneapolis location near several great amenities including golf courses, shopping and hotels, which will attract new lease prospects and help retain existing tenants.  This investment is intended to be a long-term hold for its investors.  This transaction was completed in November of 2006 with a purchase price if $6,600,000.
