The entire transaction was completed within the first fifty days of the entities’ 1031 exchange period.

This property, purchased in 2006 by Welsh with one original tenant in common owner, has since been re-structured to accommodate two further 1031 transactions. This industrial building in Durham, North Carolina, is leased for the next 9 years to a single tenant and is expected to provide strong returns for the investors. This industrial building was structured as a sale lease back transaction. Durham is one of the fastest growing markets in the southeast.
