Required Documents
In order to quickly and
accurately review and initially size the property to be financed, the
following information is needed:
Two fiscal years of financial statements (ie: Schedule E's)
Year-to-date financial statement
Current Rent Roll
Personal Financial Statements for Principals (PFS)
Schedule of Real Estate Owned for Principals (SREO)
After initial approval, the lender will need the following information:
Borrower organizational documents
Property insurance certificates
Bank/brokerage statement verifications for principals
The lender may, at their discretion, request other information.
