Design-Build: We’ll take your project from concept to completion. Choose to work with our affiliate, Genesis Architecture, or bring in the architectural firm of your choice.
Tenant Improvements: Using a proven team approach we’ll renovate your space to fit your needs utilizing our strong subcontractor relationships and highly-skilled staff of dedicated professionals.
Construction Management: In collaboration with designers and subcontractors, we’ll supervise the building process, providing preliminary estimates and schedules in addition to soliciting subcontractor bids and performing bid tabulation, review and negotiations.
