Industrial Leasing and Brokerage: Rooted in industrial brokerage, our agents are the most highly regarded in the Twin Cities and completed over 400 transactions in 2009 with total consideration of $146 million.

Office Leasing and Brokerage: We emphasize strong relationships and clear communication in supporting our clients’ activities. Our office team completed over 300 transactions with total consideration of $98 million in 2009.

Retail Leasing and Brokerage: We are Minnesota’s exclusive X Team retail partner, giving us access to 45 major markets throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.K. In 2009, our retail team completed 165 transactions with total consideration of $71 million.

Investment Sales: We meet the needs of our clients through successful acquisition and disposition services. In 2009, we recorded total consideration over $78 million.

Corporate Solutions: We work on behalf of our clients to seamlessly manage and support their real estate activities with the primary goal of delivering value to the balance sheet.

Healthcare Brokerage: Having provided service to every major healthcare system in the Twin Cities, we understand that your facilities are key components of your business.
