Water's Edge of Lake Wales, a joint venture project between Lake Wales Retirement Center and Florida Christian Homes, is a 40-acre development situated on the southwest corner of State Highway 60 and First Street in Lake Wales, Florida. This community will be patterned after Water's Edge of Bradenton and will also be built in three phases.
