Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul Releases Brokerage Results for 2011

Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul has released the results of their 2011 Brokerage Services transactions. The 75 licensed Twin Cities real estate brokers completed 1,115 transactions totaling over $580 million in consideration.
Colliers also had a series of professional advancements within the Twin Cities metro area in 2011. Their top agents for the year included:
- Top Industrial Agent: Bill Ritter, CCIM, SIOR
- Top Retail Agent: John Johannson
- Top Investment Agent: Kevin Doyle, CCIM
- Top Office Agent: Jim Damiani, CCIM, SIOR
Andrew Heieie earned the Rookie of the Year award based on his performance, and Colliers recognized 14 agents who performed in the top 20% of their field. Colliers also promoted Mike Doyle to a Senior Office Associate position, and promoted Judd Welliver, a top 20% performer, to the position of Vice President of Industrial Leasing.
William Wardwell, SIOR, had high praise for his colleagues.
