Welsh Construction Breaks Ground on 126,000-Square-Foot Bridgepoint Business Park in South Saint Paul

Welsh Construction announced that construction has begun on Bridgepoint Business Park, a 126,000-square-foot industrial building on Concord Street and Bridgepoint Drive in South St. Paul, Minn.
Leased by Colliers International, the project has secured St. Paul-based control systems automation and panel fabrication company BW Systems, Inc. as the anchor tenant. Their new space will also be built by Welsh Construction.
The project was designed by Lampert Architects of St. Paul, Minn and has a clear height of 24 feet. The building features advanced safety technology, including an ESFR fire protection system. Owned, developed and managed by Interstate Partners, Bridgepoint Business Park is scheduled to open in July 2012.
