When the Senior Management of Welsh Companies decided to build a new headquarters in Minnetonka, there was never a doubt that it should be a "green" building. At that time LEED construction was just starting to take root within the architectural community, but Genesis Architecture was eager to meet the challenge. The resulting achievement is a LEED CS Gold pre-certified Class A office building -- which will ultimately be just the fourth building to accomplish LEED CS Gold certification within the state of Minnesota.
