People are often surprised to hear that we are very busy these days. After completing a number of transactions over the past 3 months, we – like most everyone else – are seeing a significant slow-down in real estate activity. But, we are very busy talking with our clients and prospects about a number of projects. Many companies are showing an interest in streamlining the management of their real estate portfolio and have asked us about lease administration, lease audits and lease restructuring. And, we have been hired to sell a number of facilities around the country (and internationally) that have been vacated due to a shift in workforce and/or production. Thankfully, we have a number of clients who have asked us to assist them in expansion, even in these difficult times.

Eric recently achieved LEED AP accreditation, awarded to building professionals who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and practices and the LEED Rating System. Organized by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is a third party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.
