This 23 unit, concrete slab on grade project is being built for Accessible Housing, Inc. in conjunction with HUD. The three-story wood framed building will have brick veneer, fiber cement lap and shake siding. The project is scheduled to be completed in early December.

Eagan Place is a 2-story, slab on grade medical/office building for MSP Commercial Development. Once completed, this building will be submitted for LEED-CS certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The major tenant in the building will be HealthEast Clinic.
