Welsh Construction considers its

safety program for the protection of all.
Through preventative maintenance, training and motivation of
employees, we seek to minimize and prevent accidents on our sites. We are
constantly working on eliminating unsafe conditions by adhering to basic
safety principles, sound management practices, and compliance with
applicable federal, state, and local codes, laws, and standards.
Creating a safe work environment
requires the commitment and involvement of every employee. We strive to
achieve this by providing training and education for our employees,
operating an active safety committee, continually assessing jobsite
hazards, and maintaining safe equipment.
Welsh Construction encourages every employee to be aware of his/her own safety and the safety of his/her coworkers. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who steps on a job site, whether it is our client, owner, subcontractor, visitor or our own employees, can feel safe throughout the duration of the construction.
