Founded in 1977 by George Welsh, Welsh Construction Corp. entered the Twin Cities market by developing and constructing buildings on a build-to-suit basis. Gradually, the business expanded into third-party management and leasing of commercial real estate which led to the formation of Welsh Companies.
Today, Welsh Construction Corp. remains strong, and Welsh Companies has emerged as a leader in the Midwest commercial real estate industry. Under the direction of Dennis J. Doyle, Chief Executive Officer, Welsh maintains offices in the Twin Cities, Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis and offers a wide array of services to its clients.
