Our History

Originally founded in 1977 by George Welsh and Dennis Doyle as Welsh Construction Corporation, the company started as a small development and construction firm focused on build-to-suit opportunities. Led by our current executive team, today Welsh is a multi-faceted, full-service firm.

2011  |  Welsh Brokerage and Real Estate Management Divisions Partner with Colliers International 

- Effective August 1, 2011, the Welsh Brokerage and Real Estate Management divisions partnered as an affiliate with Colliers International, expanding Welsh's network with the third-largest commercial real estate services company in the world with 12,500 professionals operating out of more than 500 offices in 61 countries.

2010  |  Dennis Doyle and Company Receive Top Honors
