With more than 23 years of company experience, Scott Frederiksen is a principal partner of Welsh. He started with the company in 1987 as an industrial broker,and is now chief executive officer of Welsh Property Trust.
Scott holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Properties (SIOR) designations as well as a real estate broker's license in the State of Minnesota. He also holds his Series 24, 7 and 63 securities licenses, and is a principal license holder for Welsh Securities, LLC.
