Rhonda Allen works closely with the heart of our organization: our people. She oversees the company's human resources department as well as our support operations, which include; marketing, research, front desk receptions, a business resource center, and general office management.
Rhonda takes a strategic approach to ensure efficient business operations. She matches each team member to their position based on their interests and skills which enables them to perform at the highest possible level. Rhonda uses a proactive approach to identify and retain professionals who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our internal and external clients. She also assists in creating and monitoring programs that continually enhance the personal and professional development of each member of the Welsh team.
Rhonda joined the Welsh team in 1997. Through her fifteen years of involvement in the development, implementation and review of company policies and procedures, Rhonda fosters a positive working atmosphere for our associates to elicit the highest level of performance.
