Lawrence Stranghoener has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Mosaic Company, a publicly-traded crop nutrition company, since September 2004. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a financial services company, and its predecessor organization from 2001 to 2004. He spent 17 years at Honeywell, Inc., a technology and manufacturing company, three years of which he served as Chief Financial Officer.
Lawrence is currently a Board Member of the audit committee of Kennametal Inc., a metalworking and tool production company, and is on the Board of Regents of St. Olaf College.
