Ted Jokerst currently serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Welsh Capital, where he oversees day-to-day operations and strategy.
Since Ted joined Welsh Capital in 2005, the company has provided financing solutions for its clients with a transaction volume in excess of $861 million. Founded in 1998, Welsh Capital has used its long-term relationships with commercial banks, life insurance companies, and specialty lenders to generate over 510 commercial real estate loans with a transaction volume of more than $1.3 billion.
Prior to joining Welsh, Ted served as vice president for U.S. Bank, where he managed a portfolio of 33 real estate development/operating clients with loan commitments totaling approximately $700 million.
