Through hands-on leadership, she oversees the operations of the company’s real estate services group including Brokerage and Real Estate Management (operating as Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul), Welsh Construction, Genesis Architecture, Welsh Capital, and FaciliTech. Jean leads the team in achieving the objectives of the company and our clients by fostering a results-orientated culture that encourages creative thinking. She has been vigilant about upholding the commitment to excellence that made our company what it is today.
Under Jean’s leadership, Welsh thrives and has grown to a 300-employee firm, recognized as a top service provider throughout the Midwest. Jean has been instrumental in supporting company initiatives to create best-in-class services, not only for our clients, but also for the company’s employees and brokers. As a result, Welsh has been named a top workplace in the Twin Cities by both the Star Tribune and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Active in the business community for over twenty six years, Jean’s local influence extends to a national level. She is a member of NAIOP’s distinguished National Executive Committee, has recently been honored in Midwest Real Estate News’ Hall of Fame and has been named among the ‘200 Minnesotans You Should Know’ by Twin Cities Business Magazine. Jean currently serves on several executive committees for various local and national business associations and is committed to working with other corporate and community leaders to cultivate economic growth in the Twin Cities and throughout Minnesota.
