Allen Bernard, Senior Vice President, FaciliTech

As senior vice president of FaciiTech, Allen Bernard oversees the day-to-day operations, providing cost effective, high-quality facility and maintenance services to property owners, managers and businesses. He is responsible for realizing efficiencies in the current operating system, enhancing customer service, and developing new marketing strategies.

Allen has worked with and managed all types of facilities including: Class A office, industrial, retail, restaurant, medical and multi-story. He has over 11 years of successful project management experience in the highly competitive Twin Cities market. His strong communication and customer relations skills contribute to the efficient operations of FaciliTech.

Prior to joining Welsh in 2008, Allen was employed by First Industrial Realty Trust as a project manager. He oversaw all tenant improvement projects in an 8 million-square-foot industrial portfolio, negotiated all construction contracts and subcontractor bids, implemented the development of nationwide specification and building standards, and managed multiple projects. Before his employment with First Industrial Realty Trust, Allen worked for DLR Group, The Bainey Group, Avalon Builders and Sterling Contractors, all in the Twin Cities.
