At the core of Welsh’s commitment to the community is our partnership with Hope For The City, a privately funded 501(c)3 relief organization. Founded by our chief executive officer, Dennis Doyle and his wife, Megan, Hope for the City fights poverty, hunger, and disease by utilizing corporate surplus.
Hope For The City
Housed in the Welsh Corporate Headquarters, Hope For The City involves a thriving collaboration of business leaders and non-profit organizations from the Twin Cities who have joined together to serve and distribute available excess resources to those in need. The organization is a key component to Welsh’s culture and is supported and celebrated by our employees and leaders.
Hope For The City collects overstock products from top retailers, medical companies, and food distributors nationwide and donates the items to people in need in Minnesota, throughout the United States, and around the world.
