Originally founded in 1977 by George Welsh and Dennis Doyle as Welsh Construction Corporation, the company started as a small development and construction firm focused on build-to-suit opportunities.
Our leadership team is highly experienced in the many diverse aspects of the real estate industry, has operated in a variety of business and economic cycles, and has worked together for over 22 years to build the Welsh organization into the multi-faceted, full-service real estate company that it is today.

At the core of Welsh’s commitment to the community is our partnership with Hope For The City; a privately funded 501(c)3 relief organization that was founded by our CEO, Dennis Doyle and his wife, Megan to fight poverty, hunger, and disease by utilizing corporate surplus.
