1901 Killebrew Drive was acquired in November 2008. The 165,000-square-foot hotel is the closest hotel in proximity to the Mall of America® in Bloomington, Minnesota. A complete renovation of the property is currently underway and includes the expansion of 210 guest rooms, numerous interior and exterior upgrades, the build-out of a 16,352-square foot atrium with a splash pad, standard pool and 3,000-square-foot seating area, 5,600 square feet of conference space, and a full-service bar and restaurant.
