Highview Hills Senior Living Community located in Lakeville, Minn. sets the standard for senior living in the Twin Cities. Designed by Genesis Architecture and built by Welsh Construction, the continuum of care concept allows residents to remain within the community as their care needs change. The 155-unit, 3-story facility includes 75 independent-living units, 44 assisted-living units, 24 memory care units, 10 assisted-living care suites, and two guest suites.
Special indoor amenities include a commercial kitchen with dining facilities, salon, bank, craft room, theater, fitness center, library, game room, and lounge. Outside, residents enjoy walking paths, a large terrace, rooftop garden, and nine-hole putting green.
This project was a team effort made possible by multiple divisions of Welsh, including architecture, construction, development, finance, executive management, and interior design
"The Welsh team took the time to understand our operations and product to design and construct this building to meet the needs of our residents. The quality of construction and attention-to-detail were exceptional." - Denny O'Donnell, Vice President, Walker ElderCare Services, Inc.
