Welsh Construction demolished and built-out this Class A office space in Downtown Minneapolis for Virchow Krause & Co., LLP. The team installed steel floor framing and cut between five levels of the existing office building to install stairways.
In coordination with the property management company, Welsh completed most of the project work during off-peak hours in order to reduce workday disturbances, and finished the project in just five months.
