Kennard Professional Building is the 10^th project that Genesis Architecture and Welsh Construction have completed for developer MSP Commercial.  This two-story medical office building is home to HealthEast’s second largest clinic, which comprises 37 exam rooms, an X-ray suite, Dexa room, and two procedure rooms. 

The building contains deep footings and an expansive foundation wall, in addition to multiple retaining walls that were needed due to the irregular topography of the property. It overlooks wetlands and is surrounded by walking trails.
