Welsh Construction converted an old paint manufacturing facility into a new office/warehouse space for Dedicated Logistics, a fleet trucking company, in just 13 weeks. 

The interior 46,088-square-foot paint manufacturing area was converted into warehouse space; the 11,200-square-foot paint laboratory was transformed into corporate office space; and the existing 31,038-square-foot office space was completely renovated. Exterior upgrades included a 310,180-square-foot land redevelopment to make way for a 107,385-square-foot concrete parking lot and two ponds, a masonry screen wall, and new landscaping. The 73,000-square-foot existing parking lot was also retrofitted and refinished.

This build-out included the addition of many amenities, including a basketball court, fireplace, meditation room, game room, exercise room, locker room, and cafeteria. New technology was also incorporated to transform this building into a state-of-the-art facility. Examples include in-floor heating, SwitchLite glass, smart board, video conferencing equipment, a driving simulator, CAT 6 cabling, sound masking, and security systems.
