Continuing Education

Welsh offers a variety of real estate courses that are open to both our associates and the public. Continuing education credit from the Minnesota Department of Commerce is offered upon completion of most of our courses. Trainings are held at 4400 Baker Road in Minnetonka, Minn. Upcoming Courses

A Guide to Tenant Improvements: September 15, 2010, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Presented by Brian Lubben of Genesis Architecture, this course is designed to provide an overview on the tenant design process including choosing and working with design professionals. A first time offering, this course is pending approval for 1 CE credit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Fees are due on the day of the class ($65 per hour of class). If the class is cancelled for any reason, there will be no refund policy.
