Tracey has more than 23 years of professional real estate experience. She utilizes her strong analytical skills and property management experience to minimize costs and maximize the value of the growing WelshInvest portfolio of commercial real estate assets which includes; office, industrial, retail, medical and multi-family properties.
Since joining Welsh in 1999 as a Property Manager, Tracey has demonstrated exceptional leadership and industry expertise and has accordingly been promoted six times. As Senior Vice President of WelshInvest, Tracey leads a team of dedicated professionals in the areas of financial analysis, due diligence, investor relations, asset management, and dispositions. The WelshInvest portfolio of owned properties totals nearly 18 million square feet and is valued over $1 billion with properties located throughout the central United States.
Before joining Welsh, Tracey was an Asset Manager for Equity Holdings where she was responsible for asset and property management of private real estate investments. Tracey has twice been recognized by Finance and Commerce as one of the Top Women in Finance, receiving The Circle of Excellence Award in 2011 for sustained achievement. She is also consistently profiled in Midwest Real Estate News as a Powerful Woman in Real Estate.
