Rhonda Allen, Director of Operations, VP Human Resources

As Welsh Companies’ Director of Operations and Vice President of Human Resources, Rhonda Allen works closely with the heart of our organization: our people. Rhonda oversees support operations including Marketing, Research, Resource Center, Front Desk Reception, and general office management, as well as Human Resources.

Rhonda takes a strategic approach to ensure efficient business operations. She matches each team member to their position based on their interests and skills which enables them to perform at the highest possible level. Rhonda uses a proactive approach to identify and retain professionals who are dedicated to meeting the needs of our internal and external clients. She also assists in creating and monitoring programs that continually enhance the personal and professional development of each member of the Welsh team.

Rhonda joined the Welsh team in 1997. She is instrumental in the development, implementation, and review of company policies and procedures, fostering a positive working atmosphere for our associates to elicit the highest level of performance.
