As executive vice president of real estate management services, Mark Parten oversees approximately 27.1 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties located throughout the central United States, 12.4 million square feet of which is managed for third parties. He also oversees the management of over 2 million square feet of receivership and bank-owned assets. Mark is responsible for the development and implementation of management policies and procedures on behalf of a variety of local and national institutional and entrepreneurial property owners.
The primary goal of our Real Estate Management Services division is to preserve and enhance the value of the assets. Mark monitors our success in achieving that goal through regular communication with his staff, and through frequent feedback from owners and tenants. His business management and strategic planning abilities contribute to the efficient, effective operations of this division.
