Dennis Heieie joined Welsh in 1998 as chief financial officer and senior vice president. He has 27 years of financial and industry experience.
Prior to joining the Welsh, Dennis served as portfolio controller for General Growth Properties, a publicly traded REIT that owns and manages shopping malls. He was responsible for accounting and third-party financial reporting. Dennis also spent five years working for Target Corporation in various financial capacities. His professional career began at Coopers & Lybrand where he served as a certified public accountant.
Dennis is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, holds his Series 27 securities license and is the financial operations principal of Welsh Securities, LLC.
