An innovative, creative architect with project experience in all phases of the design process and project types, Brian Lubben is the senior vice president and director of architecture for Genesis Architecture.
Brian has been creating design solutions for over 25 years and is a trusted advisor to a wide range of developer, institutional and non-profit clients. He works collaboratively with clients to understand their project design needs and the economics of the development while leading the Genesis team of planners, architects and interior designers.
While he has experience in all product types, Brian specializes in mixed-use, multi-family, senior living, hospitality and redevelopment projects. He has received numerous honors and recognitions for his work. In 2006, Brian was the recipient of three Best in Real Estate awards from the Minnesota Real Estate Journal, for his work on Ivy Hotel + Residences and C/W Lofts. He has also authored articles for the Minnesota Real Estate Journal and Iowa Architect Magazine.
Prior to joining Genesis Architecture, Brian was a senior associate at Collaborative Design Group in Minneapolis and a principal at Walsh Bishop Associates. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a Certified Interior Designer (CID).
