William M. Wardwell, SIOR, Executive Vice President, Brokerage Services

Bill Wardwell brings over 20 years of extensive commercial real estate leasing and sales experience to Welsh  as executive vice president for the company's brokerage division, Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Serving as an advocate for the brokerage team, Bill assists with the development of new business and utilizes his exceptional leadership and communication skills strengthen the cohesiveness of an already dominant leasing team. Bill’s record of success testifies to his ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.

Bill began his career in sales and marketing in the transportation industry. He then transitioned to Minneapolis-based United Properties, where he served as a vice president in the brokerage division. Involved with more than 500 lease and sale transactions totaling over 5 million square feet, Bill was consistently one of United’s top producing brokers. He also held the position of vice president at Frauenshuh Companies, where he was responsible for all suburban industrial and office leasing, and assisted in land acquisition and development projects. Bill joined Welsh in 2003.
